EL PLAN PARAÍSO DE REFORESTACIÓN ESTÁ EN MARCHA

De forma conjunta, autoridades nacionales, departamentales y pobladores de la Chiquitanía, acompañadas de las Fuerzas Armadas, trabajan en el Plan Paraíso para reforestar las áreas afectadas por los incendios.
“Referente al pos incendio, las Fuerzas Armadas ya estamos realizando la planificación correspondiente: estamos elaborando un plan que lo hemos denominado el ‘Plan Paraíso’ que tiene por objeto realizar la reforestación de aquellos lugares que han sido afectados en coordinación con el Ministerio de Defensa”, señaló el comandante de las Fuerzas Armadas, Williams Kaliman.
Las Fuerzas Armadas, a partir de su nuevo rol constitucional, más allá de la defensa de la soberanía nacional está articulando a todos los actores en la reforestación de los lugares afectados.
Asimismo, en este plan ecológico, participan expertos encargados de estudiar y analizar el mejor tipo de plantas que se van a plantar en función de los estudios de hábitat y ecosistema.
A través de los acuerdos bilaterales del Estado boliviano y también de los acuerdos suscritos con organismos internacionales, se enfrentará la etapa pos incendio con expertos internacionales y recursos destinados exclusivamente para este propósito, en el marco de la concepción de la Madre Tierra como sujeto de derechos que reconoce Bolivia en su legislación e impulsa en el ámbito internacional.
